Replacing off-board controller (SRC)
The existing off-board controller is replaced with the recent model. The new controller is equipped with a large display and a highly durable keypad. The replacement work can be completed over a weekend so as not to stop your daily operation.
Replacing off-board & on-board controllers
The existing on-board controller, off-board controller, sensors and lifting cables are replaced with the latest ones. It provides following benefits;
- The latest control technology provides smooth, low-impact movement that does not impose undue force on the machine and load.
- The non-contact laser distance sensor frees the system from problems caused by encoder wear and slippage.
Replacing a stacker crane to the latest model
The entire stacker crane is replaced with the latest model. It is also recommended to replace the floor rail with new ones. The rack and upper rail may be reused depending on their conditions. It provides following benefits;
