Introducing One of Japan’s Largest Automated Book Storage Systems at the Kansai-kan of the National Diet Library

The National Diet Library is the national library of Japan and one of the largest libraries in the World. In 2002, the library opened a new facility, Kansai-kan, with infrastructure supported by Daifuku’s automated systems. At its center is a large automated storage and retrieval system, ensuring highly efficient storage and transportation of books and other materials.
