Goods-to-Person Picking System

Goods-to-Person Picking (GTP) is a system that automatically supplies a stock container and an order collection container to a worker. The operator only has to follow the instructions on the display and pick the required quantity from the supplied inventory containers to the order collection container. This simple operation makes the system less prone to productivity differences depending on the skill level of the operator. Compared to cart picking, there is no need to walk around looking for shelves, which improves work efficiency and eases the physical burden of workers.

Quick Pick Station – 1:1 model

Both the inventory container and the order collection container are automatically supplied to the operator. The operator just follows the instructions on the display and picks the required quantity. Since both containers are supplied at a time, there is no chance of placing the picked items into an wrong collection container.

Quick Pick Station – 1:N model

A version that performs picking operations from one inventory container to multiple order collection containers.
