The latest case involves SCG Nichirei Logistics, a joint venture between Nichirei and Thailand’s SCG Group. In 2025, the company completed a new logistics center in the Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, north of Bangkok. This facility features a multi-temperature zone cold storage system, with approximately two-thirds of its capacity dedicated to frozen goods. It includes rapid freezing rooms, thawing chambers, and processing areas, all designed to handle a wide variety of food products, including those requiring specialized temperature settings. Daifuku Thailand played a key role in equipping this facility with high density Mobile Rack system, enabling SCG Nichirei Logistics to expand its capacity by over 70% and improve delivery efficiency across central Thailand.
