Chainless Conveyor System - Flexible Drive System

The Flexible Drive System transports loaded carriers and trolleys by providing driving force through friction. The force is generated when the driving wheel powered by the motor presses against the sides of the trolleys or load bars.
As the word “flexible” suggests, the system is characterized by how it can be used in many different line configurations.

Overhead Type

Allows flexible line configurations, including branching and merging. A roller drive allows the system to transport objects stably at a consistent speed. The system is also operator-friendly due to its low noise, low impact, and oil-free design.

Floor Type

Smooth and stable conveyance allows for easy and accurate work to be performed on the line. A built-in lift function can be added to adjust the height of the workpiece according to the requirements of the manufacturing process.

Load Bar Turn

The Flexible Drive System is incorporated with a simple and efficient system for changing the direction of the conveyor pallet, called a load bar turn.
With the load bar turn system, each conveyor pallet is divided into three sections and connected by articulated rods called load bars. This allows the conveyor pallets to turn and swerve, making the conventional turntable redundant. This design significantly reduces the system’s power consumption, weight, and number of components. In addition, dividing the conveyor pallets into sections allows for easier loading onto trucks, resulting in improved transportation efficiency.
