Review of Disclosures Based on TCFD Recommendations

Osaka, Japan – Daifuku Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has reviewed its disclosures based on TCFD* recommendations, for which it expressed its support in 2019, in accordance with changes in business and social environments. The Company assessed the level of impact of climate-related risks and opportunities, both qualitative and quantitative, on the Group’s business and conducted scenario analyses for risks that are likely to manifest and have a significant impact.
