Human Rights Grievance Mechanism

The Daifuku Group respects the human rights of all stakeholders involved in its business activities and supply chain.
The Daifuku Group operates a grievance mechanism utilizing the dialogue and remedy platform provided by the Japan Center for Engagement and Remedy on Business and Human Rights (JaCER) to receive concerns and reports regarding human rights issues related to its business activities from all stakeholders. This channel is available to stakeholders involved in our business activities, including business partners and their employees, migrant workers, local communities, customers, and others.

Concerns and reports may be submitted either anonymously or with the individual‘s name and can be filed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Daifuku Group prohibits retaliation or any disadvantageous treatment against individuals who submit concerns or reports. Personal information and the contents of concerns and reports will be appropriately managed, and due consideration will be given to protecting the privacy of those using this channel. Upon receiving a concern or report, we will review the matter and, where necessary, engage in dialogue with the individual who submitted it in order to pursue corrective actions, remedy, and measures to prevent recurrence.

To enhance the transparency and effectiveness of the grievance mechanism, the Daifuku Group will periodically disclose, through its website and other channels, information regarding the number of concerns and reports received, the main issues raised, and the status of responses, while giving due consideration to the protection of personal information and confidential information.

If you wish to submit a concern or report regarding a human rights issue, please use the dedicated channel below.
