Shuttle Rack LX

Shuttle Rack LX is Daifuku's next-generation 4-way pallet shuttle system, designed to maximize storage capacity and throughput within a compact footprint. By combining deep-lane racking, 4-way shuttle vehicles, and inter-level lifters, the system delivers ultra-high-density pallet storage while maintaining the performance required for demanding warehouse operations. Multiple independently operating shuttles provide built-in redundancy, helping keep goods moving even during maintenance.

System Configuration

Seamlessly integrates with AMRs at the inbound/outbound stations to extend system capabilities.

1. Shuttle
Stores and retrieves pallets throughout the rack while automatically selecting the optimal route. Shuttle quantities can be adjusted by level to meet throughput requirements

2. Rack
Rack layouts and storage lane depths can be optimized to match facility layouts and storage requirements.

3. Lifter
Transports pallets between inbound/outbound stations and storage levels, while also transferring shuttles between levels as needed.

4. Main Aisle
The primary travel path used by shuttles to access each storage lane.

5. Branch Aisle
The number and placement of branch aisles can be adjusted to meet throughput requirements.
