Logan Teleflex, Inc. to Merge with Jervis B. Webb Company

Novi, MI — Jervis B. Webb Company (Webb) is pleased to announce an operational change to enhance its relationship with customers, clients, and vendors. Effective January 1, 2021, Logan Teleflex, Inc. will be merged into and acquired by its corporate parent, Jervis B. Webb Company to strengthen and enhance the airport operations and better serve the Aviation Industry.

“Combining our resources ensures that we will continue to provide quality customer service in all aspects,” said Tim Hund, President at Jervis B. Webb Company. “We strongly believe that these changes are positive for everyone and we will work diligently to make the transition as seamless as possible.”

Webb will assume the current office and manufacturing operations in Louisville, Kentucky.
