Logan Teleflex wins more than $2 million baggage handling system contract
Louisville, KY. (July 21, 2014) —Logan Teleflex, Inc.- a subsidiary of Daifuku Webb Holding Company and a leading provider of airport baggage handling systems – announced today a more than $2 million dollar contract with Minot International Airport in Minot, North Dakota.
The project includes the installation of ticketing and transporting conveyors, inbound flat plate reclaim devices and an outbound security screening system for Minot’s new terminal.
Minot's growth in population, along with the enormous influx of workers and residents due to the oil boom in western North Dakota, has tremendously increased passenger numbers at this airport. A new terminal is being built to accommodate the increase in travelers.
