Jervis B. Webb Company Promotes Kenneth Hamel to President
Farmington Hills, Mich. (May 1, 2013)
— Jervis B. Webb Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Kenneth Hamel to President.
In his new role, Hamel oversees all departments and subsidiaries of Webb including sales, finance, engineering, project management, customer service, IT, legal, human resources and manufacturing. He joined the company more than 33 years ago and was most recently Senior Vice President of Airport Baggage Handling. Hamel is also a member of Daifuku Webb Holding Company’s Board of Directors.
In addition, Webb promoted Bill Kline to Executive Vice President of Airport Baggage Handling. In this position, Kline will lead Webb’s Airport Baggage Handling division to future growth and expansion. Kline has been with Webb for over 12 years and has over 25 years of experience in the airport baggage handling industry. He was most recently Vice President of Project Management.
