The overhead monorail system Cleanway (CLW-07) is used for intrabay and interbay transport. Non-contact power supply is applied to meet Class 10 cleanroom standards. With high-speed transport of up to 150m/min and non-stop divert and merge operation, the CLW-07 can directly transport objects without passing through a storage system.

The Clean Stocker (CLS-50) is an AS/RS buffering intrabay and interbay work in progress. Location modules can be expanded as required. An average cycle lasts 14 seconds. Non-contact power supply is available to meet Class 1 cleanroom standards.

The Clean Mini Stocker (CMS-50) makes effective use of open spaces under floors and under roofs to minimize the occupation space within the cleanroom. CMS-50 operates at an average cycle time of 15 seconds and meets Class 1 cleanroom standards.

The Zip Stocker is a rotating shelf system maximizing storage capacity within a compact footprint. This products meets Class 10 cleanroom standards. The Zip Tower is a configuration of the vertically stacking Zip Stocker that provides storage and lifting functions using free space under floors and roofs.

The Clean Lifter requires little floor space and transports loads quickly between floors for greater throughput. It transfers loads directly to and from stockers and monorail transport systems for seamless automation. This product meets Class 1 cleanroom standards.

DATS (Daifuku Advanced Transport System) organically integrates the manufacturing and automated material handling systems (AMHS). The DATS software enables AMHS to provide automatic transportation to improve the operational efficiency of the entire fab. DATS enables users to develop optimum device layout and ensures that loads are transported on time to the correct location by forecasting the schedule and work progress.

The Clean Stocker transports and stores FPD cassettes and is available in various models for different cassette sizes. Daifuku's Clean Stocker has high transport throughput and dust reduction capability. The Clean Stocker is safe and easy to maintain.

Daifuku's overhead monorail Clean Space Carrier and the rail guided system Clean RGV transport cassettes between Clean Stockers. They also supply cassettes to production devices. Additionally, Daifuku manufactures a cassette transporting conveyor called Clean Lifter and its peripheral transfer equipment. Products are customized according to customers' facility layout.
