Supporting Global Automakers With Advanced Technology
Daifuku has contributed to the advancement of the automotive industry since 1957 when we provided a chain conveyor system to Japan's first factory exclusively producing passenger cars. In 2007, the Daifuku Group welcomed Jervis B. Webb Company, which was established in 1919 in U.S.A., where motorization originated. The Group's products have continued to support automakers around the world for nearly 100 years.
Daifuku's automated systems are used throughout the manufacturing process. Our equipment is used in pressing, welding, painting, assembly, parts storage and supply, and engine testing.
Daifuku responds quickly to the unique needs of our customers. Some of our accomplishments in the automotive industry include the simultaneous production of different models, increased production efficiency, improved quality, and improved factory conditions for a quieter and cleaner employee environment. Our successes are achieved by providing the ideal hardware and software for each customer.
