Conveyor Systems

Conveyor systems are main components of airport baggage handling systems. Webb provides various types of conveyors to transport bags. Baggage bound for departing planes are sent from check-in counters to the airport loading area promptly. Bags arriving into the airport from inbound flights are transferred to the correct baggage claim carousel.
Tilt Tray Sorter

The Tilt Tray Sorter system is used to sort baggage in between flight transfers. The system features the ability to transport and sort baggage of various shapes and sizes.
Baggage Tray System

The Baggage Tray System transports individual baggage at a maximum speed of 600 m/min. The system has a high processing capability and can also be integrated with an automated storage system to provide temporary baggage staging for passengers with extended layovers, making it well-suited for large airports.
Destination Coded Vehicle System

The Destination Coded Vehicle System contains a belt-driven transfer mechanism that transports and sorts baggage accurately and smoothly, greatly decreasing the number of lost baggage.
In-Line Baggage Screening Systems

In-Line systems inspect every bag with multi-step scanning comprised of X-rays and Explosion Detection System (EDS) conveyors. Inspection-cleared bags are sent to the airport loading area. Suspect bags are sent for further inspection by Webb Vsort high-speed sorter.
